What a day..Happy Fall friends and family! I am beaming with love from the many events I have been blessed to be part of the past couple weeks. A little recap:

- Interviewed with iHeart Radio for Barnes Show (Listen HERE)
- Mounted art for a California wine tasting and music event at The Alchemist Society (the band performed and improv piece based off one of my works!)
- Performed alongside amazing artists at the Barnes Foundation
- Taught a Botanical Watercolor Workshop @ dream location Vault + Vine. See pictures of the workshop
- Vended and performed outdoors and in the grass at Go West Craft Fest
- Performed at a beautiful house show in Mt. Airy

phew.. don't forget to breathe.

Thank you for all those who have joined the adventure at any one of these events the past couple weeks. I'm so glad you are along for the ride. And thank you to all those who have been supporting my journey through music, painting and life learning. It means so much to share all of this with you.

There are a few more stops on this train ride before things settle into Fall. Pick a stop you'd like to meet up at:

Oct. 4 // 8PM :: Headlining the night w/ Brittany Ann and Jackson Emmer @ Bourbon & Branch
Oct. 6 // 6-9PM :: SOLO Gallery Opening & Single Release for New Collection :: WAVZ @ Urban Art Gallery
Oct. 13 // Post Studio Tour @ Glen Foerd (Come see the large installation piece in progress that I am creating on for this residency! Along with work by other amazing Artists in Residence like Karina Puente :D)

On Saturday, October 6th, I will release what in many ways feels like my first official body of work as an artist. This work combines powerful visuals with a new single and poetry, all of which have been months in the making. It's kinda like my coming-out party as an artist. I have realized that my inspiration throughout most all of my work (painting, performing, teaching, learning, etc), comes from the power of people. My Dad once told me that to evolve from the ocean, we needed to figure out a way to carry salt in our bodies.

We are each little bodies of water, and together we create waves of change.
I am excited to share these new works with you October 3rd at 6pm EST (aka tomorrow at 6PM). With the link I send out tomorrow, the new works will be available to you first, 48 hours before being opened to the general public. Please let me know what you think and feel free to claim and purchase any pieces you'd like during the pre-release.

Mark your calendars for the opening reception this Saturday, October 6th and get ready to preview the collection TOMORROW at 6PM EST!

Here we go...
